This guide doesn't ask you for an email address, a password or any personal details. There is nothing to log into and nothing to submit.

Your place in the guide and your route-selector answers are stored in your own browser using local storage, on the device you're reading with. That information stays on your device and isn't sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it.
